Some people think Nazi Germany was a Feminist nation. Just leaving that there. Yeah, really. I seriously wonder what drugs these so-called "educated" law officials are doing, because that's some reality-warping level of disconnect there.

It's amazing how little we've actually advanced since, oh, 70 and 100 years ago. Reminds me of Khan's line.
"In fact, I am surprised at how little humans have changed. Oh, there has been technical advancement, but, uh... how little man himself has changed."

Well that explains it, Khan hates white males.

Brie Larson doesn't want to ban white men. Brie Larson wants to discriminate against white men. There's a difference there, and some people think the latter is just fine. Because, for some people, the problem isn't racism or sexism, the problem is that the targets were the wrong people.

Brie Larson wants inclusivity, not discrimination. She saw that there was a larger number of white men in press junkets than any other demographic and wanted to correct that by bringing more women and POC.
This is what I mean by white male fragility. Those with that always seem to think the objective is to supplant them rather than bring in more women and POC.

Brie Larson said that she didn't care about the opinions of white men about A Wrinkle in Time. Do I need to give the definition of discrimination?Makeshift Python wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 7:26 pm Brie Larson wants inclusivity, not discrimination. Ah yes, inclusivity through excluding specific groups of people. Totally makes sense.Makeshift Python wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 7:26 pm Brie Larson wants inclusivity, not discrimination. And it's still racist and sexist of you to say so.This is what I mean by white male fragility. Those with that always seem to think the objective is to supplant them rather than bring in more women and POC.

But you don't understand that the aggressors are totally redeemed because they interpreted what she said wrong. At the very least, it's totally her fault for trying to address a legitimate issue and not being able to transgress it it in immaculate non double standard format.Makeshift Python wrote: ↑Fri Mar 01, 2019 7:26 pm Brie Larson wants inclusivity, not discrimination. "Legitimate." And just ignore the fact that she was condescending as hell and that what she actually said was still bigoted.
