You know what, fuck it, I've been questioning whether or not to bring this up, but given how prevalent it is in our modern society, I'm gonna go full-blown "If we're going to be damned, then let's be damned for what we really are."
What makes the internet so awful in 2019? Victim-blaming and rape apologia. When you're treating a victim of repeated assault as a monster over a few mistaken beliefs and putting a sympathetic face on her attackers, then you KNOW you're doing something wrong. I mean, Reddit is walking proof of this.
