And that isn't me calling him a centrist/moderate btw, he just doesn't go into typical political things on the supficial level most seem to prefer online~
I'm fairly conservative. I've never heard Chuck say anything I'd consider far Left or far Right. His main concern seems to be just wanting to enjoy good Speculative Fiction, and having a laugh along the way. I'd wager he's to the left of me if he were to take a political alignment test. But politics don't seem to enter into the equation in his videos. And I can respect that.
But this is NOT the thread for it. If any other mods have something to add, or Chuck himself, can people please not go off topic? I mean, I know I've done so myself, elsewhere, but I feel this is important here, in this thread.

What more do you feel needs accomplished in this thread anyway? Several of us said it was ok. A site admin even said you were thinking too little of Chuck to think he wouldn't accept a valid request from you. The only thing I can imagine you are waiting for is Chuck himself to bestow his blessing upon you and want to make sure the thread stays nice and tidy for him. That would be counter to your claim that you don't want to be treated special since nobody else gets a personal invite from him to submit a request.
If Chuck is even bothering to read this thread (and he has probably seen it) then he would have already chimed in if he disagreed with what has been said. Silence speaks louder than words.
