Yup, I am about as german as it can get without certain uniforms and goose-stepping. Dark-blond, 1.9m tall, blue-eyed and I thought I mentioned my national background once or twice in discussions with you

Anyways, there's still stigma, you'll generally just not get openly antagonized, ostracised and outright dismissed by anyone. At worst you'll probably be treated like a curiousity. Disregarding Nazis and the like of course.

I do think that this is largely representing the modern german population's attitudes surprisingly well. As said, there are still plenty of issues with Nazis and other far-right (and far-left as well) elements, which got especially apparent during the refugee crisis and the jury is still out on how bad it actually is (the next general elections will be rather important in that regard).
