But she didn't sue anyone. She said "that's bad", exercising her free speech.

This guy, however, tried to sue twitter because people online were mean to him, and he belongs to the party that is always complaining about hugboxes and snowflakes and safe spaces. It doesn't get more hypersensitive than trying to silence insults with the full force of the law, does it?
