45 says Puerto Rico has recieved Too Much disaster aid

imagine something terrible happened in the state where you live. A wildfire, a freak tornado, a flood, a rock slide, hail storm, whatever. People you went to school with and buy groceries from died. Your house was partially destroyed. You had to sort through wreckage trying to find your friend's dead body.

Imagine then that, finally, some help came. Some choppers, some water, some emergency generators. You don't have a home or a job again yet, but it's a lifeline to cling to.

Then president Neelix says you should have less.

Remember, Puerto Rico is literally part of the united states.

Not exactly and that is the whole tragedy. It is essentially a colony of the US.

Remember Katrina? Being literally part of the United States didn't help much then either.
