Are you sure it wasn't a hate crime in response to what somebody could have mistakenly assumed was a terrorist attack?

A fire broke out at the Al-Aqsa Mosque, but it did not burn down (although the way that Newsweek phrased the title might lead one to that conclusion). It looks as if they were able to stop the fire in the mosque before it spread too far or did too much serious damage.
