They don't think it's a dirty word, they think the left establishment has fallen victim to too much compromising.

It's what I said all along. They have a "my way or the highway" attitude, that "we've done compromising, now it's our turn to be dicks just like the GOP." And meanwhile, it just means you lose the moral high ground.

The US health care system is downright embarrassing AND expensive. While it has the capability to provide top notch care many go without. This farce has gotten to where it was an improvement we don't charge poor people for NOT getting insurance they cannot afford. This isn't funny, it's sick. For a supposed first world nation we should be ashamed.
