Only 90 record highs on the S&P 500 compared to 118 on Obama's second term and 135 and 140 on Clinton's 1st and 2nd term respectively, trailing behind all Democratic term presidencies since Reagan aside from Obama's first term.

Uh - you do know that Trump's 1st term still has 21 months to go, don't you? Comparing the 1st 2.25 years of his term to 4 years of everyone else's terms seems rather unfair....

This YAHOO! article reminds me of a comment I saw on a Yahoo board that said that Trump has cut aid to Honduras and Guatemala by 75% in 2018 compared to 2017, and that was why there was a crisis. Doing a little searching, I found the statistics he was using, and the actual issue is that it only included the foreign aid that had been reported, and most of 2018 had not been reported yet (Israel, for example, went from something like $3 billion in 2017 to $4 million in 2018).
