I still can't help, but laugh whenver I read what the Muller-report unearthed in that regard. He gets away for the moment, not because he's a nefarious evil genius, but because he's too damn stupid and his peers and goons are insubordinate to the max.
This is the perfect summary for this twat's overall life: Everything he touches turns to shit, because he's too damn dense to get anything right and he only gets away and stays rich, because there are people flocking to his name and whose livelyhoods depends on his success, even if they have to act against his interests. Incidentally, this is also the perfect example for everything being wrong in our social hierarchies.
