Well if those demographics are proportionately limited then I feel like I wouldn't look into the coding of the title so much.

Because this thread and others like it is just a reminder that racism works at the institutional level so there's not much need in discussing how it's toxic or permissible but just that those people she's talking about are and are the problem of society.
