Which series has the worst finale? Lost or Game of Thrones?

Well since I personally find ending of GoT to be rather good (not perfect but good) I would say that Lost easily wins this dishonor. But that's just my opinion.

That's a easy answer, Mass Effect 3.

You know, I've never been a real fan of Game of Thrones so didn't get that invested in the series as a whole but I do get why so many fans are so frustrated with the series final season. At this point I think just about everyone knows that I'm NOT a fan of Star Wars: The Last Jedi and I couldn't help but notice a few similarities between that film and the last season of Thrones.

Stupid battle plans, pointless subplots, the supposed Greater Scoop Villain of the series being unceremoniously killed off, over powered main characters and one character making a choice that goes against All of their establishment character development. But here's the thing, most of this has died down with TLJ and as of right now I will let history judge the Disney Era and see if The Disney Sequel Trilogy will stands the test of time or is goes the way of disco.

But for GOT I wouldn't be surprised if most fans just choose to ignore season 5 through 8 and just see Season 4 as the real finally of the series.

As Andre on Midnight's Edge pointed out, Game of Thrones is now going to end up with Lost's reputation deserved or not. It doesn't matter how good the series may have been, all new viewers are going to know going in is that the ending was controversial and thus they are automatically going to be less willing to get invested in the story or characters. They have utterly destroyed the repeat value of their franchise.

It also doesn't help that Martin is likely never going to finish those last two books and thus this is the only ending GoT will get. I know, I am horrible for suggesting it, but he isn't young lets be honest.
