For me, personally, it's that alternate ending - you know, that genre of video splicing? - someone did of Kevin atop the WTC in Home Alone 2, and then when he looked through the set, cut to an image of a plane flying closer and yes, footage from the real life 9/11 as the planes crashed into the building, seriously... it's just so mind-numbingly offensive, it amazed me that it took years to get it removed. Seriously...
