Well, it was the right bitching that Obama's vacations were not what the taxpayers wanted. Do you feel okay that he took vacation times?

Presidents need vacation times, like anyone else. They are also head of state, so they aren't going to get a proper vacation even when at a retreat and they aren't going to Disneyworld, and there is a horde of security in a modern presidential setting wherever they are.

You guys don't think they spend $10000 for a hammer, and $30000 for a toilet seat, do you?

Really it's kinda unsightly to see these figures, but this seems like this kind of thing could be formally addressed somehow either through casual reprimand or financial efficiency that government tends to stoop on.

To be honest George W. Bush seemed to have most vacations for any US President so far.
