Idunno. Maybe treating it like a group therapy session might work. You know, how you technically don't have to say anything, but we'll all act as a surrogate group coach and implore you to open up, not for the betterment of the group, but for yourself.

I mean that does kinda work in reverse fashion considering these are your threads about topics we assume you care about, yet you assume a most pedestrian demeanor about it.

I don't see why you wouldn't bump your own thread in this case. The two stories together now could maybe be a pattern or trend of some kind. Maybe worth a comment, at least.
