In fairness, despite what is often claimed today, she was never actually intended all that much to be a feminist icon. She was designed by a man into BDSM.Yukaphile wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 3:38 pm If it helps, I don't think you're sexist, you just have a different point of view. With that said, gender conflict like this is precisely why I want it gone. In a perfect world, it wouldn't matter. Btw, choosing Wonder Woman as one of your favorites? Um, yeah... I like her too, but let's not pretend that outfit is anything less than fanservice. Just saying.

Yeah, and she's had pants before. I won't lie, I love the fanservice outfit. I just know it's blatant pandering.

It's sad really how some people on internet like to pretend like they know what real man is and think that they belong to those. If there were real men then they wouldn't be on internet whining about every little thing and with it showing how insecure they really are. At end of they are are just bunch of pathetic losers that can't be taken seriously by anyone who doesn't have low mental age.

I don't think "being sensitive" is the hallmark of "no true man." That said, you can take this too far. With regards to the sex recession, I read lots of young males are terrified to flirt, not wanting to harass girls they like, which... I'll admit, I've felt similar before. And when a whole generation of young men are feeling that way, it's not normal. Not pushing past what is clearly not wanted is good. But you're okay to be a little selfish. I mean, I say that, as hard as it is for me to believe, but I do wish it was true in today's messed-up world.

I don't know if that is aimed at me but let me be frank.Mecha82 wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 4:27 pm It's sad really how some people on internet like to pretend like they know what real man is and think that they belong to those. I have a suspicion this just might, by some stretch, be an ad hominem. It's subtle, but if you look long enough, it's there.

You pretty much need sci fi tech to have a female Mike Tyson or Connor Mcgregor...

Yeah well thing is it's they own fault for giving me that impression with they own behavior so they only have themselves to blame. And they keep doing it. Not that they would have enough self awareness to realize that mind you instead of blaming others from everything and acting like it's nothing is they fault.Darth Wedgius wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 6:51 pmMecha82 wrote: ↑Fri May 24, 2019 4:27 pm It's sad really how some people on internet like to pretend like they know what real man is and think that they belong to those. How did they chase to arts community into self policing and performative wokeness that lead to this?

I'm still of the mindset a well-trained female martial arts master who's been training longer than a professional wrestler or bodybuilder could take them down. It's not all about raw power. It's about skill, knowing where to strike, and what tools you have at hand. Clinging to the "men are bigger" bullshit is really regressive, and holds us back as a species, because in the end, most men are NOT Arnold Schwarzenegger and most women aren't a dwarf.Slash Gallagher wrote: ↑Sat May 25, 2019 11:19 amYou pretty much need sci fi tech to have a female Mike Tyson or Connor Mcgregor...
