Hell, I've been thinking about getting a little... snip snip? If I ever found the right lady, because I don't think I want children, for various reasons, though if she wants one, that's... something that complicates matters and means we'd have to talk it out, because I don't want to dismiss her feelings, but at the same time, that is basically creating life and a child is a lifelong obligation. I'm sure many here could agree I'm probably not fit nor qualified for that. I tried to find a TFS quote to this effect, but couldn't do so, thus, I'll quote it.
"Oh my God, he's a parent!"
Enjoy.

I assume you are sad about not being able to get pregnant.Yukaphile wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2019 7:17 pm Hell, I've been thinking about getting a little... snip snip? No way. I love being a mostly straight male. It gives me great appreciation for the ladies.

Remember what Darth said, don't make assumptions that are strawmans about the other side.

I'm also left of center except on issues of women's rights, which is ironic, because I was never this passionate, but in recent years, I've gotten to really think it's one of the great unresolved issues of the 21st century. Not there aren't others, of course.

So it turns out that the Supreme Court has already been keeping an eye on the issue. They have reached a compromise, where the part of the law dealing with the disposal of the remains of an abortion, while waiting for other circuits courts to give opinions on women choosing abortions after the results of a genetic test.
I guess this implies that the court is inclined to be careful with the abortion issue.

Be ironic if they guy the Democrats all fought so hard against getting a seat ended up actually upholding Roe v. Wade.

Re: Alabama bans abortion
Yeah, but I doubt it. His own past history proves he's tried to kill it before. Like refusing to greenlight an abortion for some immigrant woman, so that the time limit would expire, and she'd be forced to give birth to it. Only reason he wouldn't do so now is that the religious right knows it's too soon and wants to keep sabotaging education until enough people think like them to make it feasible.
