Why is Return of the Joker not in the Animated Films section?

The mug is round. The jar is round. They should call it roundtein.

I just ask because Mask of the Phantasm and All-Star Superman is in "Films." Mask of the Phantasm was released in theaters, and I know that there isn't really much of a distinct category otherwise for All-Star Superman to fit into. But shouldn't Return of the Joker just go into films considering the circumstances?
