The death of YT careers is greatly exaggerated. It will be harder to make a living calling people names, but shows with clear business models will be fine. Yolanda Gampp and Tess Christine aren't getting demonetized.

This is kind of what others were pointing out (patreon, forward thinking prospects), but yeah I feel I was underthinking how essential Youtube still is in this equation despite its residual earnings for a lot of people.
