Have YOU met any legit RadFems past me? A center left Feminist with passionate views, but who tries to be inclusive to others? You know that's my MO. RadFem is probably subject to interpretation, but if you're trying to say I'm still a RadFem, God knows what you'd do if you met somebody who HAD those views... the views that men can't be sexually assaulted, for example, which is utter crap. Do I say that? Hell no.

I'm not sure that has anything to do with anything I've typed in this thread.

You're talking about Feminism first, then you're like, oh well I mean the radical feminists. I'm asking if you know what radical feminism is.

Sure. What I just listed. But then, that's mostly subjective.

Yeah but you haven't really talked to what underlying principles of radical feminism is. You've just talked about people you've encountered and what they've done, and that doesn't indicate anything.

No real radfem would go within a hundred yards of a forum without militant mods who silence criticism. These people are not interested in debate, in fact, they share many qualities with fundamentalist theists. There is one truth, men are scum/God is real, and every talking point is hereby built upon that foundation.
That is not Yuka. Not by a mile.

I will concede this. Perhaps I have been guilty of broad generalizations against men and women in the past. Same way everyone on this planet has been. I'm trying to fight it more and more, as people here can attest to, hopefully. So when I say broad generalizations are bad, I speak from personal experience.

How about this? A RadFem believes every rape accusation, man on woman, no matter how flimsy. While I've had cases before I haven't believed and have gone on record saying so. As for Kavanaugh, while I'm inclined to lean towards "probably" (with a possibility for "probably not"), it's that I divide him into the anti-choice camp that makes me suspect he'd be anti-woman. Of course, what his GOP buddies have said over the years haven't helped. And I'm not naive enough to think there can't be cases where men can't organize trains on a single woman to abuse her that way. History is full of such cases. With that said, though, this is all meaningless outside a courtroom, and if he is guilty, he should be tried. Wouldn't his DNA be on the victim? I know rape kits get thrown out, but you'd think somebody would have tried. All in all, I lean towards, 55% probably, 45% probably not. A RadFem would be 100% "He did it, castrate him!" Then again, I followed that case only from secondhand reports, which can be faulty.
