Or do you just hate america so much that the only thing you can think to do on america day to to try and drag the country down?
If it makes you better to think that then think it. Newsflash: pointing out the obvious plot to a videogame doesn't need an agenda.

Considering how many guys saw Fight Club and came out idolizing Tyler Durden, it should not be at all surprising that people could misunderstand Fallout.
I mean... Rick & Morty.
Also the Starship Troopers movie.

And the movie was made by "wrongly" interpreting the book

Yeah, when you look at the book it comes off as a really earnest military recruitment add at best or a Jingoist manifesto at its worst. Considering the book begins with the Mobile Infantry nuking a neutral powers water supply I think it's safe to say that Verhoeven made a valid argument for his Fascist interpretation of the Federation.

Starship Troopers wasn't originally supposed to be called that but they chose to go with that name when it become clear how similar it really was. Then again Verhoeven is anti-fascist and he has good reason for that so it also shows in his vision of Starship Troopers compared to book that Heinleinin wrote during his fascist phase.

Where to start? Government service being frowned upon or war as a last resort?

The line about force solving problems is true, or do you think the NAZI's or the Japanese could have been negotiated with to stop their conquests?

It argues for a stratified society. Their are citizens and there are civilians which can't vote and can't run for public office and they get this. In more practical terms, this means that in the society of Starship Troopers a politician who wants to get into power (whatever their beliefs might be) will need to think about the well being of Citizens first and foremost if they want to get elected. Civilians are the keys to power, they need to be courted. Civilians are irrelevancies as far as the political process goes. You want to raise taxes to do something? Raise them on Civilians. They'll grumble but come election day that's all they can do.

It's also keen on brutal punishment. It's pro-death penalty, it's pro-corporal punishment.

except the richest most powerful people aren't the people in office but the civilians working in private industry.

just because you don't like the death penalty or canning's doesn't make the society fascist. Do you think Singapore is?
