Yeah I got the impression this was largely symbolic, particularly since the Tory defections cost him his majority anyways.

Yeah... its odd. I also kind of think if it was that easy to build a bridge between the UK and N.Ireland we would have already done it given the various advantages to trade and tourism.

Incorrect they changed the heading this is the version that was leaked to the Sunday Times under the heading base scenario. They changed the headline to worst case on this version, to try and downplay what the report contains.
