Nothing. Ranks appear to be at: 50, 500, 5000 so far. 50000 is the next probable milestone. All things considered, the next tier is probably Senator, then Emperor, then Janeway, as the other ranks are based on the Patreon levels. This will probably last until the Patreon board is set up.
