I like ID4 best still, but I like SG more than their 1998 Godzilla movie, tbh. Beginning of the end. It's well-packaged, but... eh.

I don't like his version of Godzilla at all. It's clear that he doesn't even understand let alone like Godzilla and that shows in that movie. I am sorry if some one likes that PoS but to me it's not Godzilla movie. It's basically Godzilla in name only. I can understand why Toho regreted giving American's licence back then and why they felt like they had to bring Godzilla back in millennium series and why it took so long fo4 American's to get another chance to make they version.

Well, it's better than something like, say, 2012.

I already finished "The Enemy Within." Onto... sigh, "Emancipation." I saw Chuck's review. Wanna watch it just once. Shit, even TKO is better.

"Emancipation" is closer to TNG's "Code of Honor" than to "TKO".
(oh hey, guess who wrote both of them?)

Funny enough, I don't recall Emancipation being aired in my place the first time I saw SG1, either it was so bad I forgot about it or they simply didn't bother airing it.

''Emancipation'' could have been better than ''Code of Honor'' as ultimately it is a basic ''woman fights men for rights'' plot as opposed to ''black men ask where the white women at then beat sticks'' plot.
The main problem for me is that the guy who kidnaps Carter knowingly into sexual slavery is considered a hero by the end.
