Vimeo is an inconvenience; but Chuck's near heart attack is far more pressing. Get well soon, mate. We'll still be here.
PS If you ever read this Chuck, I would buy a DVD collection of your videos and I am sure many others would too. Might be good revenue for you as you get back on your feet.

Yes there's that as well. I do wonder if Chuck is overextending himslef and should slim down to focus on a few shows.

His workload has always been astonishing tbh. Think about it: how many websites such as this have made it fifteen years with the only schedule slip being beyond his control? Very rare indeed I would say. It would be sad to see that (potentially) come to an end as a fan, but all of us have to change/stop doing what we love eventually. And we did get a great ride out of it.unknownsample wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 7:25 pm Yes there's that as well. Why DVD? That only costs money for no good reason. Just make it easily downloadable and offer, say, commentary tracks or something.clearspira wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 7:05 pm Vimeo is an inconvenience; but Chuck's near heart attack is far more pressing. Get well soon, mate. We'll still be here.

Because in a month when he's forced to take them down from that host, you'd still have your DVDs.Madner Kami wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 7:52 pm Why DVD? That only costs money for no good reason. Just make it easily downloadable and offer, say, commentary tracks or something.

And the amount has ramped up over the years, from one ten minute review a week to what we've got now, and that's a hell of a lot for one person. Would anyone be in the slightest bit bothered if he eased off a bit? Not just take the occasional break then back to the high workload, but an overall lighter workload? I certainly wouldn't.clearspira wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 7:40 pmHis workload has always been astonishing tbh. I first started watching whilst he was doing grainy Youtube vids. Going back to just Saturday Trek whilst he sorts everything out would not bother me.Riedquat wrote: ↑Sun Mar 15, 2020 1:41 amAnd the amount has ramped up over the years, from one ten minute review a week to what we've got now, and that's a hell of a lot for one person.
