Really? For somebody who was destroyed he seemed to have a pretty healthy 8 year term and has all his bones and tissues intact.LittleRaven wrote: ↑Wed Mar 25, 2020 2:08 pmIt did much more than that. It's not hard for a President to get a second term in the US...it's quite normal, actually. But 9-11 rocketed Bush to a 90% approval rating and basically gave him the power to do almost anything he wanted, and THAT doesn't happen very often.
Then Katrina destroyed him. The sword cuts both ways.

In practice, yes they are, you willfully dense being capable of enlightenment. Hard-hit cities are begging people not to get tested. People who have all the symptoms struggle to get tested, but some congressmen or prominent actor can just get tested with a snap of their fingers after showing 0 symptoms. Unless you recently were on vacation somewhere with cases or have a family member who tested positive, it's as easy to get a test as a mink coat or gold-plated toilet.Darth Wedgius wrote: ↑Wed Mar 25, 2020 4:30 pmCovid 19 tests are not restricted to the pro basketball A-list celebrity, and horrible goblin senator class, are they?Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Wed Mar 25, 2020 11:17 amNo but the disease might spread a little bit slower if Covid 19 tests were not restricted to the Pro Basketball, A-List Celebrity, and Horrible Goblin Senator class.Darth Wedgius wrote: ↑Tue Mar 24, 2020 9:51 pmI'm not throwing shade at the NHS. Actual tweet made by Trump. He thinks that coronavirus is a conspiracy against him. Also, ''LameStream Media''.
How many times will you bend over backwards to defend a man you know is slightly more loathsome than most well-recognized supervillains?

Let's face it, Trump has been handling this crisis really badly and I won't see that changing. Most he has done is manage to incite racial violence against American Chinese with his racist rhetoric. So nothing that solves problem and only creates new ones for American citizens. Not that he cares since it doesn't effect him and only helps him with his racist core voter base.

Calling it the Chinese coronavirus is racist rhetoric? Like the Spanish Flu or the German Measle?Mecha82 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 11:46 am Let's face it, Trump has been handling this crisis really badly and I won't see that changing. When did he say SARS-CoV-2 was a hoax? He underestimated how bad it was going to get, absolutely. So did several other politicians and news sources. In the end, the U.S. is doing pretty much in-line with other western nations in how the per capita cases.Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 6:29 amHe said the corona virus was a hoax, right up until the point where he started saying he had no warning about it and/or that it wasn't a big problem and he was handling it great.Darth Wedgius wrote: ↑Wed Mar 25, 2020 11:47 pmNo, he thinks the media is trying to keep the economic shutdown going on as long as possible. I also don't know he is more loathsome than most well-recognized supervillains. He's loud and obnoxious, and seems a lot more confident than I think he deserves. Maybe he's the Penguin, but he's not Magneto.

There are literally drive-through testing centers. What planet are you on? Can you still receive radio signals from earth?Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 6:27 amIn practice, yes they are, you willfully dense being capable of enlightenment. Now there are. For a long time though a person without insurance could expect to pay $300 for a Covid test. How many people do you think went ''fuck it'' and continued to go to work, spreading it to everyone?Darth Wedgius wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 4:16 pmThere are literally drive-through testing centers. Um... Nope. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/Darth Wedgius wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 4:13 pm When did he say SARS-CoV-2 was a hoax? Compared to the UK, which has about 1/4th of the population, the US has about 7 times as many cases.
