Very good point. Main character immunity aside, fighting the technobabble brilliance of Data or Seven or Jadzia is going to be very different to fighting Captain John Smith.

If it was piloted by either only pre-ascension Sisko or pre-deify Kirk, no amount of Dealtas would break that ship into scrap. But...if it would be both, then the Borg consciousness would have a very, very bad time.
