Straight from the white nationalist playbook - never try to defend white nationalism, neo-Nazis, or other movements. Instead draw equivalence. So it's not "Nazis aren't bad," it's "sure, Nazis are just as bad as socialists/the antifa/the left". Always attack, never defend. Just keep repeating it again and again.

Very easy to identify, but they don't design these strategies to be used by the brightest of bulbs. You kind of work with what you've got, and what they've got is a lot of free time.
