Most likely Netflix has a TV cut for some reason, and this was cut from the TV version. Never attribute to malice what is adequately explained by stupidity and poor communication. Netflix has a lot more nudity than that "girlie magazine" which is tame by PG-13 standards.

Or throw a fit every time something entirely meaningless like this triggers you, who am I to judge? Point and laugh, sure, but judgement requires more work.
