Death Battle: Catra vs. Kylo Ren: Who Would Win?

This one is just for fun but I do wonder how a Death Battle between Catra and Kylo Ren would turn out? My money is on Catra as she's actually managed to take down opponents that are more powerful then her such as, Shadow Weaver, Tung Lash, Hordak and The Heart Guardian. Even with opponents that she wasn't able to beat, She-Ra and Glimmer, she was still able to either fight them to a standstill or, at the very least, gave them a run for their money showing that she was a force to be reckoned with.

Kylo Ren has had trouble dealing with none Force Users like Finn and the Red Guards and he needed a full year of training in order to have a chance at beating a Savager who just got the Force and he Still Never Defeated Her in a Straight up fight. Not to say that he couldn't win, he does have the Force on his side which includes Force Freeze but Catra has proven herself to be a serious threat and the better strategist.

I love Catra, but unless it starts with an ambush Kylo takes this easily. The force largely negates Catra's speed advantage and he only needs to get lucky once.

Have you Seen Kylo's luck? When trying to locate his uncle he and his men lost the droid that had the map that led to his location, failed to read the mind of someone who didn't even know she had the Force until a few minutes after he tried to read her mind, got shot in the gut after killing his father to "become stronger", had trouble dealing with his former Janitor in a lightsaber fight and got beaten by a scavenger who just learned she had the Force. Then on His first day as Supreme Leader he manages to lose the entire resistance, who were cornered with no apparent way out, got shown up by an illusion of his uncle and lost to the aforementioned scavenger for a second time.

Then, after years of training to beat Rey in a straight up fight Leia distracts him for a few second which leads to Rey almost killing him for a Third Time. And when he decides to go and help Rey defeat Palpatine all he ends up doing is helping Palpatine fully recover from his injuries and spends the rest of the final battle climbing back up to the thrown room. And after arriving the the nick of to late he uses his powers to heal Rey and then dies.

Still the Force could give Kylo an advantage but like I said, he's had trouble dealing with None Force Users like the Red Guards and hardly ever uses his powers. He doesn't even seem to be that good at sensing things as he's taken by surprised a number of times.

And again, Catra has gone up against people who had powers before and did pretty good in said fights. Still, her fight with Glimmer in season 4 showed that she was not invisible, far from it, but still, even without the element of surprise she's still a capable warrior. Still, there's no way to really know until Death Battle itself has to two go up against each other. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's an intriguing match up because they're both hugely damaged personalities that present almost as much danger to themselves as they due to the people around them. I'm inclined to give this one to Catra, not because of physical prowess, but because she's really good at emotionally manipulating people and pushing their buttons. The fight would probably end with her taunting Kylo into stabbing his light saber into a reactor junction or charging right off a cliff.
