Cases are going up in the U.S. because we are testing far more than any other country, and ever expanding. With smaller testing we would show fewer cases!

Trump is partially correct. The US has performed 29,559,564 tests, which is a greater number then any other country, and more than 150% of the next greatest number.

But there are countries with a higher testing rate and a lower infection rate. The UK, for example.
