You have no idea what you're talking about. The term "fascist" originated, LITERALLY ORIGINATED with Mussolini's Fasci Rivoluzionari d'Azione Internazionalista. In the literal sense Mussolini invented the term "fascist". After the war, he got together some other veterans and the ideas of the "Fascist Revolutionaries" and used them to form the National Fascist Party.BridgeConsoleMasher wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 10:27 pmAre you daft? There's no official or coined definition of Fascism. Benni didn't make up the concept, he made up a campaign. He's an example of Fascism, not a purveyor. Forefront maybe, but nobody is taking his "definition" of it seriously.
Mussolini made up the concept. Mussolini developed the entire philosophy, scrounging bits and pieces from other philosophers, until he'd made his doctrine of fascism. Mussolini is the origins of fascism, Mussolini created the philosophy, and Mussolini recruited the other thinkers that formed the basis of his party. The only person who is near on the same level is Giovanni Gentile, and they co-wrote most of the documents describing fascist philosophy, fascist lifestyle, etc.
Honestly, don't talk about things you're pig ignorant about. It's a bad look. Oh, and go read a history book, please. Really. There's been many of them written, and you'll find the same thing in all of them.
