Jesus Christ in High Heaven, what is wrong with people these days!?
My live-in mom is starting to become like that b*tch overdosed on pride and rejection because a bulb just blew in the bathroom and she's forcing me to look for a 2-day old recite. Commerce law does not work that way!
You can't refund damaged goods with a 2-day old recite b/cause its over 20 hours until nulled of refund, plus the bulb is in pieces so you can't get money back.
Karen Alert is becoming a dangerous phenomenon that is making people irrational and highly-aggressive. We need to kill this ideology before world wide mindsets are forcibly changed to a more primal and borderline murderous sense of self.
Any of you witness someone complaining and psychopathic due to rapid social-progress while quarantined?
Plus any of you know when banks will physically open cause I'm low on cash.

Karen meme vs. Humanity's psychological survival
Do not pity a Slave for the Slave-Lord, but hear the power of what Chaos can be.
All Beings bow before the children of he who bound their flesh by their words.
Fall and wail, all flesh, bone, soul,& power is a servant to Yun-man, the First Slave-Lord.

I work with the public via social media every day. I believe customer service is at the core of most supervillain backstories. Karens seem to think they will get all the attention and a resolution they desire and meanwhile the impression from the customer service representative is "I hate you and I will do as little for you as possible". Karens can die in a fire.

Funny how Karen was like an incompetent secretary for a bit. Apparently the meme started as a woman divorcing a guy and taking everything, but she somehow became an idiot to vent at. The 911 videos I think brought it back to how the origin is described.

Gotta say: I had the misfortune of working in customer service, and while my colleagues turned into these bitter, cynical "Well, you can't help all of them"-persons, I started to notice something: I was on the side of the customer.Robovski wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 1:33 am I work with the public via social media every day. It's not the customers fault, that things break down, phones don't work etc. if the customer used them properly and cautiously - because we all know, that on one happy monday, no matter how much you treated the , the computer, the TV, the - you name it - with care, it breaks down.
And then they call you - and you are neither MacGyver nor Q, you can't fix things with a snap or with a banana peel and some rubber band and you're on the clock and you have a very limited time-window, because people, several Salary Grades above you had a brain fart and decided, that your time for helping Karen Meyer with her specific problem is something like 5 minutes.
Personally, I think, that's neither fair, nor very smart. The customer service needs to put as much effort in the problem as possible.

Part of why I hate Karens is because they demand attention and resources I can use to help people in genuine need. Again, Fuck Karens.

Pardon me, but can you explain this please? I thought the poor secretary and women getting everything in a divorce were completely separate from each other. Let alone link to the Karen meme.BridgeConsoleMasher wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 2:04 am Funny how Karen was like an incompetent secretary for a bit. Because they interacted with customer service or worked it? I can see that either way.Robovski wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 1:33 am I work with the public via social media every day. The podcast Decoder Ring just put out an episode on the 'Karen' meme the other day, tracking down where it came from & why it exists.
