The Navajo Nation suggested "Code Talkers." That's a really worthy name, but I don't know if it sounds football-y. If I didn't know the history, I'd have thought it meant computer programming.

Name's already been used by two CFL teams...who co-existed at the same time for decades.

As for the topic, it's well past due. Maybe they can change their name to the Washington Airborne, to remind everyone that Nazis are the bad guys and Americans, and the vast majority of the civilized world, fought against them.

There is alot of support for Red Tails. Named after the Tuskegee Airmen painting the tails of their planes red.

But today a big article was released about rampant drug use, sexual abuse, buying off refs etc.
