“All lives matter” protesters drop the mask

Look at any large enough group of 'protesters' and there will be hate speech and violent crime from some of them. No matter what they're protesting about.

Exactly! Like, even followers of the great Goku san can prove to be quite unruly, particularly in internet forums.

So what you're saying is he's a Calvinist.

So anyway I wanted to pull this point out. I am beginning to have some sympathy.
The reason is yesterday I read an article about masks with a ventilator on the side not stopping vapors and thus do not work to stop the virus. . .
Now before this I heard it was to keep us from spitting on one another. Not vapor. And the vapor issue means bandanas, home made scarves, and yes the paper masks are ineffective because they do not block vapor. Heck I have a respirator here that would keep vapor from me, but won't block my exhalation. I do not believe even my military grade NBC masks prevent vapor out. (Been 26 years) So what they moved the goal posts and we need individual space suits now?

I wear a mask to get gas and when I have to deal with people directly. But if I meet your goal please don't move it.

Funny. I thought you of all people would be in favor of masks, given how many issues you tend to agree with the left on.

Because the systemic corruption prevents good cops from existing, both directly as encourages engaging in the same kind of corruption and indirectly by encouraging people to turn a blind eye. I mean one of the cops that killed George Floyd joined with the intent of changing the force for the better, yet he stood by and watched as a man was murdered in cold blood by a fellow officer.
what about the cops who oppenly support black lives matter?

and you misinterperet what I believe about good and evil. there is a point were good intentions are just an excuse but not sure anyone less then a genocidal dictator can cross that line.

So interesting news, the "Umbrella Man" who broke windows in Minneapolis and started the AutoZone fire (the first property damage of the protest) was a white supremacist, at least according to the police

Christensen wrote in the affidavit that she watched “innumerable hours” of videos on social media platforms like Tik Tok, Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube to try to identify the suspect, to no avail. Investigators finally caught a break when a tipster e-mailed the Minneapolis Police Department identifying the man as a member of the Hell’s Angels biker gang who “wanted to sow discord and racial unrest by breaking out the windows and writing what he did on the double red doors,” the affidavit said.

A subsequent investigation revealed that the man was also an associate of the Aryan Cowboy Brotherhood, a small white supremacist prison and street gang based primarily in Minnesota and Kentucky. Several of its members were present at the Stillwater incident.

Fuzzy Necromancer wrote: Tue Jul 28, 2020 3:11 am Nobody said "all lives matter" until people said "black lives matter", and they did it to out-shout the people saying black lives matter.

A comedian once highlighted the nonsense.
"It's like if your girlfriend asked you 'do you love me?' and you said 'I love everyone babe'".

Anyway people who don't wear masks are horrible.
It's like Straight Pride parades or food banks for the rich: The MILLISECOND some folks (usually of the wealthy, cisallohet, WASPs, over-fifty variety) think they AREN'T the end-all-be-all, they try everything they can to either pull themselves back up to the top or push their 'attackers' back down below.

One such popular tactic being diluting the 'enimes' message by inserting themselves into it and shifting the focus.

'Black Lives Matter'; 'All LIves Matter'. 'LGBT+ Pride'; 'Straight Pride'. 'Starving kids in Africa'; Starving kids everywhere'. 'Black History Month'; 'White History Month'. 'Black Slavery'; 'White Slavery'. Like, fair point on some of these, Mom & Dad, but that's NOT WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT!

I have first-hand experience with this one.

statements like this make it seem like there is no hope to fix the problem at all, witch is probably not what you intended. what about cops who are placed nowhere near the bad cops and just go about their jobs correctly without ever having to make those choices the more corrupt part of the system would make them deal with?
