Gotham Knights, developed by WB Montréal, responsible for Arkham Origins.

Gotham Knights is supposedly about the Court of Owls. It's not certain if they're going to adopt the Arkham gameplay along with the Batman-specific franchise. They did not develop upon it much from what Arkham City did. Arkham Knight on the other hand did update the game play to be more fluid and travel friendly (in terms of gliding).

Arkham Origins, while generally weighing down the franchise among the hard fans, has survived through a die hard sub fanbase, which is a meme at the Reddit page. One thing is for certain WB Montréal is given another chance to shine with the one who is vengeance. One who is the night. My only question is how many riddler trophies each game will have.

I suspect 81 or 93 Riddler collectibles.

I replayed Arkham Knightfall and Origins and could never got the last 3 during Steroid!Joker and Dumb!Clayface boss battles.

I do wish they bring back The Bat Who Laughs skin or Batman Shinobi-saga.

I actually really liked in Arkham Knight how they had the Joker cutscene with Barbara in her apartment.

Arkham Origins wasn't great but it was pretty damn fun. So, good.

I've played it a bit of times by now. I find that the leveling system makes for some good replayability. It sets it apart from the other games for me.

I never really got over the map interior design though.

So there's footage of Gotham Knights.

In it, the developer gives 7 minutes of what appears to be Batgirl and Robin. The graphics looks pretty polished for a crude Alpha, though there's just a few transitions in movement that need touch up here and there. A lot of the movement though looks good, and the ingame cutscene render (if it's that) looks alright.

Looking forward to this.
