The original article ( https://sisthis.com/2020/07/26/dear-men-stop-working-out/ ) might be serious, or not. Poe's Law is when you can't tell. I suspect this is serious, though I'm more suspicious about uniasedkatie.
There are equally silly articles that I'm almost positive are to be taken seriously; for instance, "The fact that we're considering making misandry a hate crime should concern everyone who believes in equality." ( https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/misandry-men-hate-crime-women-sexism-racism-feminism-a8586591.html ). A white student was physically assaulted for having dreadlocks recently, too. With things like that happening, telling men not to work out is relatively only mildly crazy.

Of if he wants to poke fun then I don't see any harm.
Individual treatment calls for more discretion, as always, but putting more outrageous stuff on display is a sportly activity, particularly on a bipartisan level.
