That kid should have stayed home and watch cartoons. Or better, jerk off to porn. But I guess he wanted to jerk off his assault rifle instead. Oh well, hope he enjoys prison.
This kid is gonna walk. There isn't a lawyer incompetent enough to lose the case when the protesters keep posting shit like this.
These police have made it abundantly clear that the reason they don't stop mass shooters is because they consider right-wing spree killers to be on there side. That's why they hand out water bottles to them.
There isn't enough alcohol in my zip code. I can't believe I thought Darth was somebody I could argue with or a worthy kismesis.

Reminds me of when police when to grab water bottle supplies that belonged to peaceful protestors and slashed them with a razor. Because I guess confiscating the water and donating them to those in need wouldn't have been a way for them to express their disdain or allow them to vent their anger.

White supremacists cheerleading the death of black people and trying to start a race war has been this country's history since Birth of Nation, and probably longer. Charles Manson is notorious, but somehow it's kind of slid that the entire reason for the Manson murders is he was trying to pin them on black people and start a race war, because he was a white supremacist.
This, at least, is just business as usual. They're shitheads.

If he's smart he'll take a plea for 20 years or so, but nothing about this guy screams smart to me. I really don't think the courts are gonna give him the Brock Turner treatment.

If I'm being chased by an angry mob and they start beating me, if I have a gun I'm going to shoot. The first shootee may or may not have deserved it. We don't know. There have been plenty of beatings and violence from the left, and the first shooting may have been justified. Or it may not have been. But he didn't just shoot someone and run, he shot someone, hung around, and was chased away.
As to the second point, I'm saying that I saw similar accusations about police from the right. Take it all with a grain of salt.
What contortions?
I mean calling self defense on a guy shooting two people trying to subdue an active shooter is a pretty big contortion. Especially one one of the two people shot was the fabled good guy with a gun.

Fun thing about that picture, when it was taken fuckface had already murdered a man. And I totally get the guy regretting hesitating, if he hadn't hesitated only the shooter and his first victim would be dead.
I think it is important to note that the overwhelming majority of things Kyle Rittenhouse was doing that day were peaceful and it is wrong to focus on the small number of things he did that were violent. It was only a few minutes out of the day.

Wasn't the kid driven by his Mom to the site?
Didn't he walk past cops with his gun over his shoulder with his hands up and having protestor scream he shot people?
Wasn't it illegal for the 17 year old to carry the gun in the first place since he was under 18?
Did he even own the gun? Wait it was his friend's.
It's almost like this violent shithead could have been stopped and charged with a crime at a number of points. But instead they let him head out into the protests. Like the potential of him taking black lives with his criminal behavior... didn't matter.
