What I want to know is ''has Biden been tested given how he was standing right next to Trump a few days ago''. Very quiet on that front.
That would suck, definitely. Mind you, I'm all for Harris vs. Pence.

Maybe it's very quiet because the news barely broke a few hours ago. I suspect he will get tested, because unlike Our Glorious Leader he's usually good enough to wear a mask during a pandemic, but I'm still pretty sure they were the recommended 6ft apart.

What's happening? The human race revealing itself to be rather sociopathic at the plight of another or the election win? Sorry to break this to you, but when Boris Johnson got Covid his popularity polls went up. They didn't stay up long, but Trump only needs them to stay there for a month.
Don't count out the sympathy vote.

And this is just utterly impeccable timing in terms of voting season. He's going to get a clean bill of health and turn out to have the immunity in his blood like a night or two before the final evening of voting.

I am not one for conspiracy theories, but it is great timing if you believe that Biden kicked Trumps butt in the debate. He gets a good excuse to go silent.

My concern is honestly not with fair voting. I believe that Trump would overwhelmingly lose in any election as a rejection of fascism, hate, and corruption. My concern is the Republican party would do everything in their power to suppress votes, destroy polling stations, and seek to overturn the will of the people. I do not wish Trump dead but I do not believe he would spend the month until elections campaigning, I believe he'd do it trying to invalidate the results of our democracy.
I do not have a hatred of Trump the buffoon or bigot. I have a fear of Trump the man who has no care for institutions or the will of the people.
Fun fact: there are now more new cases of Covid in the White House than in the whole of New Zealand (which is 1).
- President Trump
- First Lady
- Senator Mike Lee
- Senator Thom Tillis
- Senator Ron Johnson
- RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel
- WH advisor Hope Hicks
- Three WH journalists
- Kellyanne Conway
- Campaign manager Bill Stepien

Trump has, for the first time in his life, faced a consequence for his actions. That’s worth an “It’s happening!”
Also: BoJo didn’t experience a major sympathy bump. He got a bump from the government doing its job at a rudimentary level the previous week
