The same applies to most rule of law, tbh. Though I think I get your meaning here. However, a restraining order should be viewed, at least imo, as a disagreement between parties, and perhaps the one who it's against should go through a slightly tougher process to get a firearm. We need to be reasonable, and assume there's a good reason, but at the same time, be logical and practical and make sure if someone wants one, assuming he or she has no criminal record, that it's available, imo.
