That can mean drop your drawers/underwear. Pretty sure you can 'inspect' a child that way.

I am not saying it's not wrong or anything. But there is a huge difference between *redacted* a child and a visual inspection.

It's also pretty odd considering how conservatives do like to bring up anti pedophile stuff like boycotting Netflix because it showed some show that showed some young kids dancing around in some skimpy outfits.
