I’d like to say no. There’s no way they could have made people that are familiar with the character’s story and practically thus the character in general not aware of the parallel between red hood and Arkham knight. Especially by the point where they’re forcing you to interactively watch their rendition of Death in the Family.

But consider this, this is a Batman universe where the Batman killed the Joker, which is somewhat unprecedented, for lack of a better word, for a mainstream storyline. So, instead of Jason Todd becoming the red hood…

Arkham Batman didn't kill the Joker. Dude died from exposure to the Titan-serum and foolishly and literally slapping the hand that held the cure.

Yeah but it's arguable that Batman wanted him to die. When Joker stabbed him in the shoulder there's no way Bruce didn't have the emotional fortitude to not drop the vial. Plus instead of giving Joker the cure, he talks about how he should just let Joker die. What kind of a person does that?

Everybody? Also, your standards are absurd. You're constructing a narrative where Batman intentionally let the vial drop, to justify your argumentative misstep. Arkham Batman has repeatedly shown, that he goes out of his way that preserve life, even the evil ones.

I suppose. It’s true that Joker didn’t give Batman enough time to fully consider his next action. Plus Joker might have been just acting out in spite of all that. Along with that, Batman gave an explicit account of a firm plan to save him. Not only that, but simply wanting someone to die isn’t the same as killing them. So you got me there.
