I know it's been a few weeks but I just have to ask: why would ginger espresso be any more bitter than regular espresso?
I'm not a coffee drinker, so maybe the combination brings out the coffee's bitterness, but Ginger is spicy, not bitter.
Or is this one of those things like how cilantro tastes like baking soda to me but other people taste it differently?
I am perpetually baffled by this line, please help.
