Two shurely? Second one being the Genndy Tartakovsky Clone Wars series which went hard in showcasing the jedi going all out as one man armies.
I'll also note that all I've seen of the new She-Ra was the delightful ep where there play tribute to the classic series complete with the original outfits, and ones of those scenes taken out of context vids, and I still think that Catra could crush Kylo without breaking too much of a sweat.

The old Dark Forces games too. Not quite as over the top as Starkiller but Kyle Katarn was definitely a one man army. Jaden from the last one too.
Both Dark Forces/Jedi Knight-games and the Tartakovsky-series are miles ahead of the movies and series otherwise, true. I vividly remember getting Force Push/Choke up far enough, to simply throw everyone off Bespin and the Sky Train, rather than bothering with fighting. But, even those don't come close to what Starkiller displays. Maybe downing a Star Destroyer isn't something every Jedi can, but this is what really comes to mind, when I remember Vader's Line about the Death Star being insignificant next to the Force.
