Eh, this one I'm not onboard for as I always feel that Talia is in love with her idea of Bruce and not Bruce himself. I mean seriously she keeps assuming that Bruce is completely fine with the idea of killing humanity and I'm like "Tal, he's not putting on that suit because he has a bat fetish he does it because he believes that Gotham can be saved and will never give up."

As for Selina's lack of commitment I blame the writers on this (and yes I'm still bitter about them not going through with that marriage despite saying they would for a whole year). Honestly the only reason she and Bruce aren't married is because DC still wants to write Bruce and don't think he would work if he was "Off the Market". And still doing so despite the massive success of Wayne Family Adventures and Lois and Clark's ongoing marriage that even DC itself couldn't fully derail despite trying to do so for over 5 years.

Carmen/Jules/Graham

This is actually my personal head cannon for these three. The creators were clearly setting up Graham and Carmen to be a couple and their chemistry really works and I can see why other fans like to ship Carmen and Jules so I just imagine them together in a poly relationship. Given Carmen's background she might be more comfortable with a 'non-traditional' relationship and Graham probably would not care as long as Carmen was cool with it. Which leaves Jules as the odd one out since it is hard to say if she would be comfortable with this arrangement or not.
