Well, technically, legally speaking, all foreign powers are hostile powers in this context. It's not like the Supreme Court keeps a white list of friendly nations like the world's most boring Santa Claus that it distributes to Congress each year to determine how our foreign aid is distributed. Every nation is assumed to be looking out for its best interests before your own. That's just the way international relations works.
But, you know, the fact in this specific instance that within the past two years Russian forces and NATO forces were shooting at each other over the skies of our neat little proxy war in Syria does make it a little more interesting to the FBI.
How is Hillary getting the debate questions ahead of time differrent than supposed Russia collusion?
