I might have to agree with that one. The funny thing is Tuvok's lack of surprise or any reprimand. It's almost like he was expecting Neelix to do such a thing...

Who wouldn't, given he knows Neelix not just since years by this point, but also knows him in a way that nobody else ever coult (Tuvix).
