The placement of this is pretty predictable: say a marginalized group is suspect and, lo and behold, they’re at greater risk.

The irony is not lost on me of course.

Damn. :( That's pretty horrible. I hope that justice will be served, but sexual assault victims have trouble getting justice in the best of circumstances.
