Had just finished "The Enemy of the World" serial yesterday, and... WOW. Despite being a cartoon cut-out pastiche Bond villain, I actually felt bad seeing what came of Ramon Salamander, you know - criminal doppleganger to the Second Doctor? Thrown out the TARDIS doors into the time vortex as it was traveling through time and space. Now, this was a petty and cruel man, sure, but... he wasn't a Dalek, or a Cyberman, or a yeti or one of those Ice Warriors from the previous serial, he was just some guy, and he got an "And I Must Scream" fate arguably worse than any of them. It is kinda fitting how he caused his own downfall, but at the same time, yikes. I wonder what ever happened to him?
What do you guys feel?
