Looking for a specific video

I forget which review it was, but it was the one where Chuck explains the difference between Technobabble, bullshit (very obviously making it up with intentional gibberish) and just plain bad science (Evolution of the Daleks and Twin Dilemma held up as examples of the latter)

as it was made before the Twin Dilemma, i can only place it as sometime before 2013, and the VAGUE memory that it was probably a star trek episode

any help?
